[DHE was] recommended. Everyone I dealt with there was friendly and competent. I asked them lots of detailed questions not only of the laptop they were fixing, but two other computers that I use. They gave excellent guidance on everything I asked about. They went over above what the needed on the replacement of the hard drive. They gave me a faster hard drive vs. what was covered by the warranty, and they also installed all of my software for free which was also not covered. They were smart, friendly, competent, and went the extra mile.
