Public or private schools (K-12), libraries, and groups of schools and libraries (e.g., consortia, districts, systems) can apply for discounts on eligible services.

How it Works

The E-Rate program, also known as the Schools and Libraries program, allocates funding for qualified services in support of schools and libraries.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN…

Are you eligible?  Make sure that the equipment and services you are requesting are eligible for eligibility requirements for e-rate funding.

Check vendor information: Make sure to check with the vendor to see if they already have a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) in E-Rate. DHE will provide you with our SPIN when we send you a formal quote.
